• Team member – International Scientific Project “Accelerating Progress on Effective Tobacco Tax Policies in Low- and Middle-Income Countries“, funded by the University of Illinois at Chicago. UIC is a core partner of the Bloomberg Initiative To Reduce Tobacco. The research component of the project include 7 national research projects and 1 comparative regional study with a focus on gaps in research on economic and fiscal aspects of national tobacco taxation policies as a part of effective tax policies. The policy dialogue component aimed at putting tobacco taxation issues on the policy agenda in the region and producing evidence-based recommendations that will result in sustainable and systemic policy impact.
• Team Leader (Project Manager), Project title: Comparative and feasibility study on local government borrowing and issuing municipal bonds, RFP 29/2018, UNDP. The aim of this assignment was to provide municipalities with the knowledge and tools needed to obtain financing for capital projects. Comparative study study on local government borrowing and issuing municipal bonds was produced, several (five) feasibiility studies for macedonian municipalitie were prepared, as well as on-job training and developing the recommendations on local government borrowing. The expert team also provided the Ministry of Finance with recommendations on future municipal debt policy and alternative financial instruments for local capital investments.

Engaged as Senior Expert – Preparing three studies – 1) Research on the labour market in the North-east Region; 2) Profiling the target group- unemployed rural youth,3) Analyses and review of policies for youth employment and included in organizing career fairs between stakeholders (employers and potential employees).
